Australian Centre of UNIMA Incorporation Proposals Pass
At the Special General Meeting on 30th May 2004, the Australian Centre of UNIMA
voted by an overwhelming majority in favour of all four proposals needed to
incorporate. Incorporation will now proceed.
A general meeting will be called, probably in August or September, where we
will elect office bearers, President, Secretary and Treasurer and three
committee members. Any member may nominate or be nominated for these roles.
Send your nominations to the secretary.
Please get a seconder if possible.
We were very pleased that so many of you unable to get to the special
general meeting sent in proxy votes. Thank you. For our election at the
general meeting yet to come we hope everyone will vote!
