CALL FOR ENTRIES – UNIMA OZ 50th Anniversary Magazine
This year UNIMA Australia is celebrating 50 years since our organisation was founded in 1970!
We are seeking content for a special 50th Anniversary digital magazine of UNIMA Oz. This can include written articles, audio, animations and videos.
The magazine is being curated by a committee including:

Kay Yasugi (NSW) – Pupperoos / General Secretary, UNIMA Australia
Katherine Hannaford (NSW) – Miss Hannaford Edublogs/Treasurer, UNIMA Australia
Christopher Ragg (VIC) – Puppet Tribe / UNIMA Australia Member
The project involves looking at UNIMA’s past, present and future and in particular is celebrating 50 years of puppetry in Australia since UNIMA Australia started in 1970.
The magazine is being curated under four pillars:
– Puppetry Performance
– Puppetry Arts Design and Making
– Puppetry Community

We are looking for people connected to puppetry arts in Australia to submit articles related to these areas, in particular what 50 years of puppetry in Australia means and looks like to you. This can also include how puppetry has impacted you as a maker and/or audience member. This is your chance to be featured in front of your professional community.
Non-members are welcome to submit.
We are open to written, audio, animated and video entries (when sending through your content please provide the details in the form below).
Submissions are due by Monday 14th September, 2020
